Retrieved when you create a new account on the authorisation phase:
- Name. Optionally editable by you. Used to represent you on the platform to other members of the clubs you join. Other club members can see it.
- Email address. Used to send you email notifications about upcoming sessions, welcome emails, and reactivation emails (in case you are absent for a long time). Clubs’ administrators can ask you to share your email with them. This action is made by ticking a checkbox while joining the curtain club. In this case, the fact and the purpose of the email sharing would be described in the text near the checkbox. In other cases, the club’s administrators do not have access to your email.
Voluntarily provided by you:
- Calendar time slots. Used for scheduling, so the other members of the club can book a session with you. Other club members can see it.
- Your time zone. Used for scheduling, so we can send you email notifications on time, regardless of the area you live in.
- Link to your video call room. Shared by you in case you want to host the meeting. It is shared with people who book sessions with you.
- Profile description. Used to represent you on the platform to other members of the clubs you join. Other club members can see it.
- Languages you speak and your occupation. Used to represent you on the platform to other members of the clubs you join. Other club members can see it.
- Usage preferences and profile settings – you set during the usage. We use email notification settings to send or stop sending notifications to you.
Generated by our platform:
- Your personal user ID. It is a random sequence of symbols used to process your data on the platform without risking exposing your personal data, such as your email. We make queries to the database to get or post your data by adding this ID. It is not a secret and can be found by other users.
- Usage analytics. Collected to help improve the functionality and performance of the platform: pages you visit, actions you take, and the amount of time you spend on the pages.
2. Third-Party Companies Are Used to Process Your Data
Your data will be processed and stored using third-party services for cloud storage, automation, video conferencing, and email notifications. These services will be used to process your data as necessary to provide core features of the platform. None of these companies has the right to sell, use in their own interests, explore, or share your data with any other companies.
